Shake & Gather is an LGBTQ+-owned mobile bartending service in Chicago, bringing BASSET-certified bartenders to corporate holiday parties, weddings, and private events.

Bartender Only
Just the bartender. A professional, BASSET-certified bartender to serve your guests, with no bar, tools, ice, or supplies included; you provide everything else. Our most affordable option, perfect if your venue or home is already stocked and set up.

Our easy beer, wine, and bubbly bar. We serve your beer, wine, champagne, and hard seltzers and bring the rest: NA canned drinks, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, ginger ale, La Croix, water, ice, cups, napkins, and galvanized buckets. You just buy the alcohol.

Pour & Mixer
Everything in Pour, plus a full mixed-drink bar. We add tonic, club soda, cranberry, orange, and pineapple juice, fresh lemons and limes, agave, and straws for classics like vodka sodas, gin and tonics, and margaritas. Great for holiday parties and birthdays.

Craft
Cocktails made from scratch. Everything in Pour & Mixer, plus house-made syrups, hand-squeezed juices, premium garnishes, and two signature cocktails from our seasonal menu, or a custom recipe made just for you. Made for weddings and standout corporate events.

Brunch
Brunch, but make it a party. A mimosa and Bloody Mary bar with OJ, pomegranate, and cranberry juice, Bloody Mary mix, NA drinks, and standard mixers, plus beer and wine service. You supply the bubbly, vodka, beer, and wine. Perfect for showers and birthday brunches.
InquireStarting prices are based on 20 guests and up to 4 hours of service (3 hours for Brunch). Final quotes depend on guest count and event length.

No. You purchase the alcohol, and we send you a custom shopping list based on your guest count and menu so you don't overbuy or run out.
Chicago and nearby suburbs, including Evanston, Skokie, and Oak Park. A travel fee may apply outside city limits.
Yes, every bartender is BASSET-certified by the state of Illinois.
For holiday parties and weddings, 4 to 8 weeks ahead is best. We'll always check availability for last-minute events.
We recommend one bartender for every 50 to 75 guests, or one per 40 guests if espresso martinis are the main drink.
Yes, every package includes NA options, and our Craft package includes a zero-proof menu.
