Booking Terms

Bookings require a 30% retainer to reserve your date, with the balance due 14 days before your event. Full cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided in your Client Service Agreement at booking.

Dry-Hire Service

Shake & Gather operates as a dry-hire bartending service. We provide professional bartending, bar tools, mixers, ice, consumables and garnishes depending on the package selected. The client or venue is responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol. Shake & Gather does not purchase, sell or supply alcohol.

All bartenders are BASSET-certified. Service bookings are confirmed through a signed agreement and required retainer. Specific terms regarding staffing, setup, cancellation and event logistics are detailed in your individual service agreement.

Inquiries submitted through this website do not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed upon mutual agreement and receipt of the required retainer.
